How to activate the HumHub Professional Edition​

Congratulations on subscribing to your HumHub Professional Edition! We are delighted that you have chosen to use our Social Network software. Activating your network is an effortless process that unleashes all advanced features. This 2-step guide will walk you through the activation process:

Step 1: Access your Administration panel Open your Administration panel by clicking on the "Administration" button on the top-right hand side of your network. Once there, proceed to the "Information" section, where you will find the activation menu. This is where the magic happens.

Step 2: Entering Your License Key In this section you will notice a designated field to enter your unique license key. As soon as the key is entered and saved the full potential of the HumHub Professional Edition is unleashed.

The key is activated and verified within seconds. When this is done, the HumHub Professional Edition reveals its full array of modules and features within the marketplace.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR ALL CLIENTS OF OUR SAAS PACKAGE

If you have opted for our "Software as a Service" (SaaS) package you do not have to activate your Professional Edition. In this case the activation and setup is done by our experienced HumHub developers. We take care of the activation process as soon as our new clients have confirmed their individual offer.
